TEO SKIN (legal entity: True Essential Outcome GmbH, Berlin) treats skin health as ongoing maintenance rather than occasional pampering. - Skin Maintenance: regular, evidence-based treatments on the biological 28-day skin-renewal rhythm, for cumulative, visible results.
- 28-day cycle phases: Renewal (day 1–7), Ascent (day 8–14), Maturation (day 15–21), Shedding (day 22–28). Treatments are timed to the right phase.

## Treatments (single price / member price, EUR)
- Aquafacial — cleanse, refine, infuse, replenish; 30 min treatment (45 min appointment), no downtime, every 28 days. €119 walk-in, included in the €89/month membership.
- Microneedling + LED Light Therapy — controlled stimulus for the skin's own collagen response, finished with light therapy; 50 min treatment (65 min appointment), no classic downtime, every 4 weeks. €149 walk-in, included in the €119/month Full Reset membership.
- LED-Lichttherapie · Light Only — blue, red or near-infrared light chosen per skin condition; 25 min appointment, no downtime, standalone or as an add-on. €29 / €20 member; €20 as an Aquafacial add-on.

## Membership
- One facial per month included; fixed monthly price; 30-day minimum, pausable anytime, no contracts.
- Automatic loyalty tiers (no surcharge): Key Holder → Silver Key → Gold Key — priority booking, fixed appointment, discounted add-on sessions, premium treatments unlocked at higher tiers.
- Walk-ins welcome without membership; members pay less and get a skin analysis plus automatic scheduling.
